How to access your EquiteamPro account

Your EquiteamPro account allows you pay your bill, submit Technical Support Tickets, and more!

1.  Go to:  www.equiteampro.com

2.  Click on Client Login (top right corner)

3.  Enter your Username and Password (this was given to you in your Welcome email, after you signed-up for service.  It is different than your Control Panel username/password)

4.  You now can see your account dashboard and information


Support Ticket system: You can submit any question via our Tech Support Ticket System.

1.  Simply log-in to your account and click on Submit Ticket (located on the right side of the screen, under the heading Quick Navigation)

2.  You can choose between Billing, Technical support and Sales to direct your question properly.

3.  Once you have submitted your ticket, you will see it on the list.


Our customer service and support team will respond as soon as possible.
